First came a hike up Mt. Tamalpais and a very important question. Then came a wedding by the ocean in San Diego, surrounded by everyone we love. And now… the greatest adventure of all.

We're having a baby girl. Claire Marie is due this October, and we already can't imagine life without her. Our hearts (and Lola's toy basket) are making room.

Baby Showers

We're so lucky to be celebrated by the people we love, in more places than one. The San Diego crew already threw us a wonderful day, and our Sonoma County celebration is this Saturday, September 26. Come for a quick hello or stay awhile!

Oh Baby, Let's Brunch!

Hello, everyone! A few people have asked about the shower specifics, so we wanted to share a few details.

We're celebrating with a casual open house, so you're welcome to stop by for a quick hello or settle in for a longer visit. We'd love to see you for whatever time you can join us!

Brunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with snacks available throughout the celebration.

We'll be gathering at Brendan and Hilary's home at 434 Woodward Avenue, Penngrove, CA 94951. Look for the white picket fence and three huge pine trees in the front yard.

We look forward to being together as we celebrate Claire's anticipated arrival! Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions.

Big Sister Lola

After more than a decade as the undisputed baby of this family, Lola (a.k.a. Loli, Lola Bean, Bun) is being promoted to Big Sister & Head of Nursery Security.

Her qualifications: eleven years of loyal snuggling, extensive nap experience, and an unmatched ability to hear a snack being opened from three rooms away. She has already inspected the crib and approved it.

We have a feeling these two are going to be absolutely inseparable.
